Account Executive
We are seeking energetic, competitive recent college grads looking to begin building a sales career. Excellent professional training provided in addition to a base salary and bonus opportunities. Experience and a degree is a plus, but not required. Effective communicators with the ability to learn and become “winners” should apply. The Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building.
- Conducting sales presentations demonstrating DMR Communications products and solutions in order to meet each customer’s telecommunications needs.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales plan, using a consultative sales strategy to effectively communicate DMR Communications value proposition to prospective customers.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives.
- You need to be a Closer! – We are looking for someone who has a demonstrated track record of closing business and can focus on closing customer opportunities on a monthly basis
The commission structure is very aggressive. Our average reps are in the range of 60K per year and our top reps should be reaching 100k plus.
